Ingredients

Sweeteners (isomalt, erythritol), lupin flour, oat fiber (gluten-free), fat-reduced cocoa powder (3.7%), whey protein, thickener (hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose), raising agent (corn starch, acidifier: potassium tartrate, raising agent: sodium bicarbonate), natural flavor, salt.

Advice for use

Preheat your oven to 160°C (fan oven). In a bowl, mix the contents of the bag (220g) with 4 medium-sized eggs and 90g of rapeseed oil (or another neutral oil). Whisk the mixture for approximately 2 minutes at medium speed until a smooth batter is formed. Pour the preparation into a greased loaf pan (approx. 20x7 cm). Bake for about 45 minutes. Allow to cool before removing from the pan.
