Scitec Nutrition Omega 3 provides omega-3 fatty acids from fish oil in easy-to-swallow softgel capsules. Each 2-softgel serving delivers 2000 mg of fish oil and 700 mg of omega-3, including 360 mg of EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and 240 mg of DHA (docosahexaenoic acid).
EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg of EPA and DHA: one 2-softgel serving provides 600 mg.
One tub of 100 softgels gives 50 servings. The oil is protected by an antioxidant (tocopherol-rich extract). A simple supplement for athletes and anyone who eats little oily fish.
