Care Omega 3 by QNT is a concentrated fish oil in 1200 mg capsules. Two capsules a day provide 720 mg of omega 3 fatty acids EPA and DHA (432 mg EPA and 288 mg DHA), plus vitamin E.
EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart (the beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg of EPA and DHA). DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function and normal vision (the beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg of DHA). Vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
Easy to fit into your day: 2 capsules with a meal, ideally breakfast. A box of 90 capsules lasts 45 days.
