Body Attack Omega 3 Gold is a high-strength fish oil in softgel capsules, sourced from sardines and anchovies. Each capsule provides 550 mg of omega-3 fatty acids, including 330 mg of EPA and 220 mg of DHA, plus vitamin E.
EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart (effect obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg of EPA and DHA). DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function (effect obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg of DHA). Vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
Just one capsule a day, taken with a meal. The large 300-capsule tub lasts almost 10 months: a cost-effective size for athletes and anyone who eats little oily fish.
