Applied Nutrition Omega 3 provides fish oil rich in omega-3 fatty acids in easy-to-swallow softgels. Each softgel contains 1000 mg of fish oil, including 300 mg of omega-3: 180 mg of EPA and 120 mg of DHA, plus vitamin E.
EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart; the beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg of EPA and DHA, which one softgel provides. Vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
One softgel a day with a meal is enough: a tub of 100 softgels lasts more than three months. Halal certified and Tested for Athletes.
