Description
Zinc by QNT provides 22.3 mg of zinc per capsule (223% of the NRV) as zinc bisglycinate, a chelated form bound to the amino acid glycine. The formula is deliberately pared down: zinc bisglycinate, a gelatine capsule and two technical agents, with no colourings.
Zinc contributes to the normal function of the immune system, to normal protein synthesis, to the maintenance of normal skin, hair and nails, to normal carbohydrate metabolism, to the protection of cells from oxidative stress and to the maintenance of normal testosterone levels in the blood.
Just one capsule a day, preferably with a meal: one tub of 100 capsules lasts 100 days. The brand advises limiting use to a few weeks or months.
