QNT L-Carnitine 2000 is a ready-to-drink flavoured beverage providing 2000 mg of L-carnitine per 700 ml bottle. It contains no sugar and no calories: a simple, refreshing way to add L-carnitine to your training routine, with no powder to mix.
L-carnitine is a substance naturally present in the body, made from two amino acids (lysine and methionine) and supplied by food, mainly red meat. It is involved in transporting fatty acids into the cells' mitochondria.
The recommended intake is half a bottle per day (350 ml, i.e. 1000 mg of L-carnitine), during exercise or between meals. The sports-cap bottle reseals easily and fits in your gym bag.
Four flavours: Lime, Orange, Cranberry Lemon and Peach Ice Tea. Available as a single bottle or in a case of 12 bottles, better value.
