Apple cider vinegar is made by fermenting apples with yeast and then acetic acid bacteria. OstroVit standardises it to 11% acetic acid: each capsule contains 600 mg of apple cider vinegar, i.e. 66 mg of acetic acid, for a consistent content from one capsule to the next.
