Advice for use
Take 1 capsule of Scitec Nutrition Lactase daily, immediately before each meal containing lactose. One capsule is generally sufficient for the digestion of 20 to 25g of lactose, which corresponds to approximately 400 ml of whole milk. It is recommended to consume this product with a glass of water.
