BioTechUSA Iso Whey Zero is, according to the brand, one of the most popular protein products in Europe. Its new formula is based on 100% whey protein isolate produced by low-temperature cross-flow microfiltration (CFM), from the milk of Dutch cows mainly fed on grass, according to the brand. It is enriched with L-glutamine and BCAAs (leucine, isoleucine, valine).

One 25 g serving provides 21 g of protein for about 91 kcal, with less than 0.5 g of sugars and very little fat. Protein contributes to a growth in and the maintenance of muscle mass, and to the maintenance of normal bones.

Thanks to filtration, Iso Whey Zero is lactose reduced (about 0.2 g per serving for the chocolate flavour, at least 49 to 68% less than similar products according to the brand, without enzyme treatment). It is sugar free, gluten free and palm oil free, sweetened with sweetener. Its creamy texture mixes easily with water, after training or at any time of day to top up your protein intake.

Whey protein isolate (milk) {whey protein isolate (milk), emulsifier [lecithins (soy)]} 85%, L-glutamine 5.5%, fat-reduced cocoa powder 5%, creamer [partly hydrogenated coconut fat, skimmed milk powder, emulsifiers (E471, E472a), glucose syrup, sugar, milk protein, stabiliser (potassium phosphates)], thickeners (cellulose gum, xanthan gum), flavourings, salt, anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide), L-leucine 0.2%, sweetener (sucralose), L-isoleucine 0.1%, L-valine 0.1%. Depending on the flavour: other sweeteners (acesulfame K and cyclamates in Dark Chocolate, steviol glycosides in Catalan Caramel Cream), colours, biscuit pieces (Black Biscuit), instant coffee (Tiramisu).
