Applied Nutrition Critical Mass Professional is an all-in-one lean mass gainer for athletes who struggle to meet their calorie needs and want to gain weight in a controlled way. One 150 g serving provides 566 kcal, 42 g of protein and 74.7 g of carbohydrate, with only 2.9 g of sugars.
Carbohydrates come from organic ground oats and maltodextrin; protein from a blend of milk protein isolate, whey protein isolate and whey protein concentrate. Protein contributes to a growth in and the maintenance of muscle mass. The formula also provides fats from CLA and MCT, 5 g of L-leucine, 5 g of glutamine peptides, 2 g of HMB, HICA and alpha-lipoic acid.
Each serving contains 3 g of creatine monohydrate. Chromium (200 µg) contributes to normal macronutrient metabolism and to the maintenance of normal blood glucose levels. DigeZyme® digestive enzymes and LactoSpore® (Bacillus coagulans) complete the formula.
Every batch is tested for banned substances under the Informed-Sport programme. Halal certified, with sweetener.

Directions for use
Mix 2.5 scoops (150 g) with 500 ml of water or skimmed milk and shake well in a shaker.
Take 1 to 3 servings a day depending on your calorie requirements. Scoops are an estimate only: weighing scales are recommended.
