Weider Micronized Creatine combines 99% micronised creatine monohydrate with AstraGin®, a blend of *Panax notoginseng* and *Astragalus membranaceus* root extracts. Its ultrafine (200 mesh) powder dissolves quickly in water.
Each serving provides 3 g of creatine. Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high intensity exercise; the beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g of creatine.
Unflavoured, sugar free, fat free and stimulant free, it is suitable for vegans and mixes easily into a drink or a post-workout shake.
