C4 Original: Cellucor's original pre-workout
C4 Original is one of the best-known pre-workouts in the world. One 6.9 g serving in a glass of water, 20 to 30 minutes before training, provides 150 mg of caffeine, CarnoSyn® beta-alanine, creatine, L-arginine and N-acetyl-L-tyrosine, plus vitamins: vitamin B6, vitamin B12, vitamin C and niacin contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Frozen Bombsicle tastes like a cherry, lemon and blue raspberry ice pop.
Creatine: more performance in short, intense efforts
Body Attack 100% Pure Creatine contains a single ingredient: microfine creatine monohydrate, with no flavouring or additive, made in Germany. The brand recommends 2 servings of 3.4 g a day, i.e. 6 g of creatine. Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high-intensity exercise; the beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g of creatine. The 500 g tub lasts about 73 days.
Iso Whey Zero: protein for your muscles

How much caffeine does the pack contain?
Only C4 Original contains caffeine: 150 mg per serving. The creatine and Iso Whey Zero Chocolate or Vanilla are caffeine-free. Do not exceed 1 serving of C4 a day or 400 mg of caffeine a day from all sources.
Does the creatine in C4 add to the tub?
Yes, C4 provides a little creatine monohydrate (1.5 g per serving in the reference version). With 2 servings of Body Attack creatine you stay within the brand's recommended amounts.
How long does the pack last?
C4 makes 60 servings, the creatine about 73 days at 2 servings a day, and the whey 18 shakes.
Can I choose the flavours?

C4 Original: mix 1 serving (6.9 g, 1 scoop) with 175 to 250 ml of water, 20 to 30 minutes before training. 1 serving a day at most. Do not take before bedtime.
Creatine: 3.4 g (2 scoops) twice a day with 300 ml of liquid, before and after training; on rest days, morning and evening.
Iso Whey Zero: mix 25 g of powder with 200 ml of water in a shaker. 2 servings a day.
Combine with a varied, balanced diet and regular training.
