Ingredients and allergens
L-citrulline malate, L-arginine hydrochloride, beta-alanine, N-acetyl-L-tyrosine, taurine, anti-caking agents (calcium salt of orthophosphoric acid), flavor, dimethylethanolamine bitartrate, glycine, anhydrous betaine, glucuronolactone, color (Beet powder), choline bitartrate, L-alpha-glycerylphosphorylcholine (Alpha-GPC), caffeine, L-theanine, potassium citrate, sweetener (sucralose), rhodiola rosea extract (root), panax extract ginseng (root), guarana extract (Seeds), black pepper extract (fruit), pyridoxine hydrochloride.

Directions for use
Mix 20 g (2 level spoons) of powder with 400 to 500 ml of water. Drink the drink 30 to 45 minutes before your workout.
