Description
PEAK Epic Intra is a powdered drink to sip during training. One 50 g serving provides 30 g of carbohydrate, including 16.4 g of Cluster Dextrin™ (highly branched cyclic dextrin) and maltodextrin, 10 g of protein from 8 essential amino acids (leucine, valine, isoleucine, lysine, phenylalanine, threonine, methionine, tryptophan), 1000 mg of L-carnitine and 500 mg of betaine, with no sugar.
It also contains an electrolyte and mineral complex: potassium, sodium, calcium, magnesium and chromium. Magnesium contributes to electrolyte balance and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Potassium and calcium contribute to normal muscle function. Chromium contributes to the maintenance of normal blood glucose levels.
Mixed with 600-700 ml of water, it is sipped throughout the session. Available in Cherry and Orange, in a 1.5 kg tub for 30 servings.

Directions for use
Mix 50 g of powder (about 2 slightly heaped scoops) with 600 to 700 ml of water and drink preferably during training.
Depending on your goal and body weight, the intake can be increased to 1.5 to 2 servings.
