Description
OstroVit CLA 1000 is a food supplement based on conjugated linoleic acid (CLA), an unsaturated fatty acid with 18 carbon atoms whose two double bonds are conjugated. It occurs naturally in small amounts in milk, dairy products and ruminant meat.
Each softgel provides 1000 mg of conjugated linoleic acid ethyl ester, of which 800 mg is CLA, i.e. 2400 mg of CLA for the 3 daily capsules recommended by the brand. The CLA contains the cis-9, trans-11 and trans-10, cis-12 isomers.
One tub of 90 capsules lasts 30 days. According to the brand, product quality is regularly checked by an independent accredited laboratory (microbiological testing and heavy metal content).
