Gold Standard 100% Isolate brings the expertise of Optimum Nutrition's famous Gold Standard range to an isolate formula. The powder is 94% a blend of whey protein isolate and hydrolysed whey protein isolate, filtered proteins that keep fat and sugars to a minimum.

Each 30 g serving provides 25 g of protein for 110 kcal, with only 1.3 g of carbohydrate and 0.4 g of fat (Chocolate flavour). High in protein. Protein contributes to a growth in muscle mass and to the maintenance of muscle mass, as well as to the maintenance of normal bones.

Directions for use

Add 30 g of powder (about 1 rounded scoop) to 200 ml of cold water and stir, shake or blend until dissolved.

Take after training or at any time of day to top up the protein intake of your diet.
