PowerBar

PowerBar was born in 1986 in Berkeley, California. Its founders included Canadian athlete Brian Maxwell and Jennifer Biddulph, who came up with an energy bar designed to be eaten during exercise by endurance athletes such as runners and cyclists. Since then the brand has expanded into gels and drinks.
