Description
BioTechUSA MultiSalt is an electrolyte food supplement in capsules for long or intense efforts, when sweating causes a loss of water and mineral salts: running, marathon, trail, triathlon, long bike rides, intense training or exercise in the heat.
The new improved formula provides 1.4 g of salt per serving (560 mg of sodium and 1113 mg of chloride), 300 mg of potassium and 125 mg of magnesium as magnesium bisglycinate. One serving is split into 3 capsules: one before, one during and one after exercise.
Magnesium contributes to electrolyte balance, to normal muscle function, to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to normal energy-yielding metabolism. Potassium contributes to normal muscle function, to normal functioning of the nervous system and to the maintenance of normal blood pressure. Chloride contributes to normal digestion by production of hydrochloric acid in the stomach.
The capsule format lets you top up your electrolytes with no drink to prepare: simply swallow them with water. A tub of 90 capsules provides 30 servings.
