UNFLAVOURED: oat flakes flour 100%.

Advice for use
Mix 1 serving (100 g = 7 tablespoons) of powder with 200 ml of hot water or 200 ml of cold water and let it rest for 1-2 minutes. Eat at any time during the day, and combine with your favourite fruits, nuts or other spices.
