Hydro Whey Zero is BioTechUSA's fastest protein: it combines whey protein hydrolysate (a "pre-digested" whey whose protein chains are broken down into shorter peptides by enzymes) and whey protein isolate, enriched with L-glutamine and L-arginine. The powder contains 80% protein: a 22 g serving provides 18 g for 85 kcal (Chocolate flavour).
High in protein. Protein contributes to a growth in muscle mass and to the maintenance of muscle mass, as well as to the maintenance of normal bones. Mixed with water, the drink is sugar-free (less than 0.5 g per 100 ml) and fat-free (less than 0.5 g per 100 ml).
Its creamy texture mixes easily in a shaker. A popular choice after training, for anyone looking for a fast-absorbing milk protein, or as part of a diet controlled in sugar and fat.

Directions for use
Mix 1 serving (22 g, i.e. 1 scant scoop or 2 heaped tablespoons) with 250 ml of water in a shaker.
Training days: 1 serving in the morning and 1 serving straight after training. Rest days: 1 serving in the morning and 1 serving in the evening (44 g per day).
