Description
YAM Nutrition Sweet Potato Flour is dehydrated, finely ground sweet potato flour. It provides 89 g of carbohydrate per 100 g, with 0 g of sugar and only 0.1 g of fat: an ingredient with a mild, naturally slightly sweet taste.
Popular with athletes for their meals around training, it can be used in a shaker (for example 50 g of flour with a scoop of protein powder such as whey), in porridge, pancakes and crêpes, or in place of part of the regular flour in cakes, muffins and savoury recipes.
The fine powder mixes easily with water or milk and can be dosed to match your carbohydrate needs (reference serving: 30 g, i.e. 116 kcal).
Available in 1 kg, 2 kg, 3 kg and 5 kg bags, the largest size being the most economical.
