Weider Premium Arginine + Ornithine 4000 combines two amino acids in one capsule: L-arginine and L-ornithine. One 6-capsule serving provides 2500 mg of L-arginine and 1500 mg of L-ornithine, 4000 mg in total.
This new formula replaces the previous version (2000 + 2000 mg): it puts more emphasis on arginine and switches to a plant-based capsule shell (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose). The ingredient list is short: L-arginine, L-ornithine hydrochloride and two anti-caking agents.
The 180-capsule tub provides 30 servings, one month at one serving a day. The capsules are easy to take, with no powder to measure and no taste, before your workout or in the evening before bed. Weider is a German sports nutrition brand.
