Advice for use
Mix about 2 heaped spoonfuls (150 grams) with 250 to 350 ml of whole milk or cold water.
For optimal results, mix 4 rounded scoops (300 grams) with 500 to 700 ml of whole milk or cold water.
Take 1 to 3 servings daily between meals or as a post-exercise recovery drink.
Use a blender or hand shaker for about 30 seconds.
When water is replaced with 500 ml of whole milk, the total protein content will increase by 16 g and leucine by 1.6 g.

Do not use if you are pregnant/nursing or under 18 years of age.
Not suitable for people with celiac disease.
Maintain adequate hydration by consuming at least 8 to 12 large glasses of water per day.

The beneficial effects of creatine will only be obtained with a daily consumption of at least 3 g of creatine combined with short, intense exercises.
