Advice for use
Apply Buns of Steel® twice daily to targeted areas and massage firmly until completely absorbed. Avoid the face and neck. For best results, apply 15 minutes before training, after showering and / or before going to bed. You will feel a slight heat immediately after application. Allow the cream to dry completely before direct contact with clothing and linens. Wash hands immediately with soap and water after each use.
Cautionary note
Only for external use. Do not swallow. Avoid eye contact. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with water. If you have ever had a skin problem, consult your doctor before use.
