The Science in Sport (SiS) Go Energy Bake is a soft filled bake designed to provide energy on the go. Each 50 g bake delivers 30 g of carbohydrates for 185 kcal, to fuel endurance exercise or a long ride.
Its dough, made with fortified wheat flour and added fructose, surrounds a cream-flavoured filling. The Tiramisu edition combines coffee and cocoa powder for an indulgent taste that makes a change from bars and gels.
Easy to chew, it slips into a jersey pocket or bag and is suitable for vegetarians. A practical way to vary your energy sources during long rides, runs or hikes.
