Zero Sauces from Belgian brand Rabeko give the great chip-shop and barbecue sauces a light makeover: ketchup, mayo, andalouse, samurai, BBQ, burger, sriracha, teriyaki and many more. They are thickened with corn starch and guar gum and sweetened with sucralose, instead of sugar and much of the oil.

Sriracha, our reference flavour, has only 33 kcal per 100 g, around 5 kcal per 15 g serving, with 0.42 g of sugar and 0.46 g of fat per 100 g. Values vary by flavour: mayonnaise- and honey mustard-based sauces are richer (around 70 to 85 kcal per 100 g), while still much lighter than a classic sauce.

Perfect with oven fries, burgers, wraps, grilled food, bowls or salads without weighing down your day, whether you are cutting or just eating lighter. With almost twenty flavours, there is one for everyone, from mild Honey Mustard to fiery Spicy Hot Aioli.
