Advice for use
Pancake / crepe preparation:
- Mix 1 level scoop (30 g) with 60 ml of skimmed milk or water.
- Whisk until a smooth, homogeneous batter is obtained.
- Pour into a hot non-stick pan and cook over low heat until golden on both sides.
Texture tip: slightly adjust the liquid amount (± 10–20 ml) to achieve the desired consistency.
