QNT Carbo Load is a ready-to-drink carbohydrate drink from the Belgian brand QNT, designed for athletes who want a convenient carbohydrate intake around training, with no powder to mix.
Each 350 ml serving (half a bottle) provides 24.5 g of carbohydrate from invert sugar syrup, for 100 kcal, along with 75 mg of caffeine, guarana extract and green tea extract.
It comes in two refreshing flavours made with fruit juice: Superfruit, with raspberry and grapefruit, and Lemon-Lime.
The resealable 700 ml bottle fits easily in a gym bag. Available as a single bottle or in a case of 12 bottles.

Shake well before use. Once opened, keep refrigerated and drink quickly.

High caffeine content (21.5 mg/100 ml, i.e. 75 mg per 350 ml daily dose). Not recommended for children or pregnant or breast-feeding women.
Do not consume on the same day as other products containing caffeine or green tea; do not exceed 400 mg of caffeine per day from all sources.
Azo colours: E122 (carmoisine) and, depending on the flavour, E102 (tartrazine): may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.
Contains a sweetener (sucralose).
