PER4M Cream of Rice is a made from finely milled rice flour. This complex carbohydrate source provides sustained energy, suitable for athletes or anyone needing an easily digestible carb intake.
When mixed with hot or cold water, the powder transforms into a smooth and creamy rice porridge. Its excellent digestibility makes it a suitable option before or after training, as well as at breakfast or between meals.
This Cream of Rice contains no added sugar and is naturally gluten-free. It is compatible with plant-based diets and can be combined with a protein powder (such as PER4M Advanced Whey Protein or a plant-based alternative) to create a more complete and balanced meal.
