Olimp Sport Nutrition Creatine Xplode Powder gets a makeover: a new black tub and a new Matrix 4 Strong Blend formula combining four forms of creatine with different absorption rates: creatine citrate, creatine ethyl ester HCl, Creatine MagnaPower™ (creatine bound to magnesium salts) and creatine pyruvate. The complex is completed with 580 mg of taurine per serving.
Half a scoop (5.8 g) provides exactly 3 g of creatine. Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high intensity exercise; the beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g of creatine.
Intended for adults doing short, intense efforts (weight training, repeated sprints, combat sports, team sports), the powder dissolves in a little water for a fruity drink, sweetened with acesulfame K and sucralose. Three flavours to choose from: pineapple, grapefruit or orange. A 500 g tub lasts 86 days of daily use. Made in Poland by Olimp Laboratories, with quality control of every batch.

Directions for use
Take 1 serving a day, before breakfast or after training: dissolve 5.8 g of powder (half a scoop) in 150 ml of water, shake in a shaker for at least 10 seconds and drink straight away.
Intended for physically active adults doing high intensity exercise. It is recommended to use it for 2 to 3 months, followed by a 1 to 2 month break.
Small lumps or sediment may form after mixing: this does not affect product quality.
