Olimp Sport Nutrition Creatine Monohydrate Powder (Creapure®) is a micronised creatine monohydrate of Creapure® quality, the creatine produced in Germany by AlzChem Trostberg and known for its high purity. A single ingredient, with no flavouring and no added sugar.

Creatine is a molecule found naturally in the body: in muscle tissue it is stored as phosphocreatine. One 3.4 g serving of creatine monohydrate provides 3 g of creatine. Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high intensity exercise; the beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g of creatine.

Intended for adults doing high intensity training (weight training, strength sports, sprints, team sports), this unflavoured micronised powder mixes easily into a glass of water or any drink. A 500 g tub lasts about 147 days.
