Life Pro 8 Lifting Straps are figure-8 lifting straps designed to secure your grip on heavy loads, especially for the deadlift.
Unlike classic straps that have to be wrapped around the bar, the figure-8 design forms two loops: one goes around the wrist, the other passes under the bar and back around the same wrist. The bar is firmly linked to the wrist, which limits slipping and lets you finish a set when grip strength becomes the weak link.
Made from a durable woven strap with a padded section where it meets the wrist, they suit deadlifts, pulls, rows, shrugs and machine back exercises. Tighten the strap firmly before lifting the load. Black with the red Life Pro label.
