Type: liquid chalk for your hands

Key benefits: reduces friction, improves grip, no dust cloud or mess

Use: weightlifting, deadlifts, pull-ups, CrossFit, climbing, gymnastics

Iron Strong Liquid Chalk by IRONSPORT, the accessories brand of Body Attack, is a highly effective liquid chalk that reduces friction and improves your grip on barbells, dumbbells, pull-up bars and climbing holds. No more slipping hands on a heavy deadlift or a set of pull-ups.

Unlike powdered chalk, it leaves no dust cloud and no mess in the gym: ideal for gyms where loose chalk is not allowed, as well as for your home gym. It comes in a 50 ml bottle with carabiner, to clip onto your gym bag, and in a 250 ml bottle for regular use.

Directions: apply a small amount to clean, dry hands, spread evenly over palms and fingers, then let it dry for a few seconds before gripping the bar. Wash your hands with soapy water after training.

Precautions: for external use only, do not swallow. Avoid contact with eyes and do not apply to broken skin. Keep out of reach of children and close the bottle tightly after use. Follow the instructions on the label.
