Description
The C.P. Sports neoprene waist belt is worn around the waist during training: cardio, strength work, running or gym sessions. At 20 cm wide, it wraps the lower back and stomach and keeps the area warm.
Neoprene retains body heat, so you sweat more under the belt. This sweat is mostly water, which you replace by drinking; the belt has no effect on body fat, which depends on diet and physical activity.
The velcro closure adjusts the fit in seconds, in one size. It can be worn over or under your sportswear. Material: 90% neoprene, 10% nylon. Hand wash. Drink enough during exercise and do not sleep with the belt on.
