Vitargo

Vitargo is a Swedish sports nutrition brand that began in the early 1990s at the starch producer Lyckeby Stärkelse. It was created at the request of elite rowers, triathletes and cross-country skiers looking for more suitable sports drinks. Since 2001 the brand has been owned and developed by Swecarb, a company based in Kalmar that was acquired in 2021 by the Swedish Humble Group. Vitargo specialises in carbohydrates, built around its patented Vitargo® ingredient, which comes in drinks, gels, bars and powders.
