BODY ATTACK Micronised Creatine Powder (Creapure) is a high-purity creatine monohydrate powder made using the patented raw material Creapure®. Creatine is a well-known ingredient that helps improve physical performance during successive bursts of short-term, high-intensity exercise, provided that 3 g of creatine per day are consumed.

Thanks to its micronised particle size, the powder dissolves easily in liquids, making daily use simple and convenient, whether taken before and/or after training depending on individual routines. It is intended for adults engaged in intense physical activity, particularly strength training, power sports or disciplines requiring repeated explosive efforts.

For optimal use, combine intake with adequate hydration and a varied, balanced diet.

Directions for use (adults)

• Recommended dosage: take 4 g of powder (1 measuring scoop) twice daily with a large amount of liquid (300 ml), preferably before and after strength training.
• On non-training days: take 4 g twice daily with 300 ml of liquid, in the morning after waking up and in the evening before going to bed.

Tip: for best mixing, pour the liquid first, then add the powder and stir.
