Description
BioTechUSA Valeriana Forte is a food supplement in tablet form combining four plant extracts, valerian root (Valeriana officinalis), lemon balm leaf (Melissa officinalis), hop flower (Humulus lupulus) and rhodiola root (Rhodiola rosea), with magnesium bisglycinate and vitamin B6.
Magnesium and vitamin B6 contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system and to normal psychological function. They also contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin B6 also contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity. From 2 tablets, the dose provides 30% of the reference intake for magnesium and 64% for vitamin B6; 3 tablets cover 100% of vitamin B6.
The dose can be adjusted from 2 to 3 tablets a day, swallowed with a glass of water, preferably in the evening. A tub of 60 tablets lasts 20 days at 3 tablets a day, or 30 days at 2 tablets.
