Description
Tri-Magnesium by Applied Nutrition is a powdered food supplement combining three forms of magnesium: bisglycinate (magnesium bound to glycine), taurate (bound to taurine) and citrate. It mixes with water into a flavoured drink, a convenient alternative to capsules.
The 3 g daily serving provides 225 mg of magnesium, i.e. 60% of the NRV. Magnesium contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, to normal muscle function, to the normal functioning of the nervous system, to electrolyte balance and to the maintenance of normal bones.
Four flavours to choose from: Blue Raspberry, Lemon & Lime, Tropical Vibes and Strawberry Raspberry. Every batch is tested under the Informed Sport programme (screening for banned substances), an important point for tested athletes. British brand Applied Nutrition.

Directions for use
Mix 3 g of powder (3/4 scoop; using scales is recommended, as scoop measures are approximate) into 200 to 500 ml of cold water or another drink, once a day.
Store in a cool, dry place in the original, tightly closed packaging, away from heat and light.

Do not exceed 3 g a day (the packaging states 1 scoop of 4 g, i.e. 300 mg of magnesium: dose limited to stay below the safe upper limit of 250 mg a day for magnesium from food supplements). Take into account magnesium from other supplements.
Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of young children.
Not recommended for children, under-18s or pregnant or breastfeeding women.
Lemon & Lime: contains tartrazine (E102), which may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.
Magnesium may have a mild laxative effect in sensitive people. Ask a doctor for advice in case of kidney disorders.
