Advice for use

Drink 50 g of powder (3 scoops) with 1/2 liter of low-fat milk twice a day as a snack between meals or before going to bed. Tip: for more calories, use whole milk. The alternatives that can be used if you are lactose intolerant are soy milk, oat milk and almond milk. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
